This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which XTUDY collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the websites (www.xtudy.in, www.xtudy.xyz), XTUDY mobile app, or apps & websites developed by XTUDY as ('Platform') . This privacy policy applies to the Platform and all products and services offered by XTUDY.

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number and other details. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. This information is only taken to serve you with the kind of information you would need in present or future based on the course you are interested in or so. XTUDY may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and services.

To process payments
We may use the information Users provide about them at the time of registration. For safe and secure transaction we are linking Razorpay to our payment gateway. For that we would need UPI of the user. Razorpay guarantees fast and safe transaction. For processing payment relevant information like card details, or UPI details and an option to save the card for future reference will be given. However, such details will only be used for processing the fees at the relevant time and if user doesn’t want to save his/ her card details can opt out to save the card details for future.

XTUDY does not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We will never disclose your personal details to a third party except the necessary information required by providers of products or services you have purchased or to protect the rights, property or safety of XTUDY, its customers or third parties or if required by law. 
We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create marketing statistics, identify user demands and to assist it in meeting customer needs generally. In addition, we may use the information that you provide to improve our website and services but not for any other use.

As you are aware through our policies and you will be reminded if you select the GPS tracking service of ours, that we hire third party for the said purpose. Hence, information required to avail such facility will be transferred to the third party.

Also, we have partnered with Razorpay for providing fast and speedy payment. For processing payment such payment gateway will require relevant information like UPI details or card details. However, such information will not be misused in future. There will be an option given to the user to save the card details for future transactions. It depends on the user to save or not, in either cases your personal sensitive information are highly protected.

We may from time to time need to disclose certain information, which may include your Personal Data, to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, and subpoena, warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request. Also, XTUDY may use your Personal Data to protect the rights, property or safety of XTUDY, or its customers. Finally, if there is a change of control in one of our businesses (whether by merger, sale, or otherwise), or a sale or transfer of its assets, customer information, which may include your Personal Data, could be disclosed to a potential purchaser under an agreement to maintain confidentiality, or could be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. And finally we would only disclose your information in good faith and where required by any of the above circumstances.

Since, the user account is linked with school hence information stored by school authorities in case of T.C students to maintain records shall be their prerogative and XTUDY is not and will not be involved in any such circumstances.
